C# Developer - Credit Risk, Market Risk, .NET 4.0

Credit Risk Developer - C#, .NET 4.0, Server Side - sought by leading City based investment bank. Role will be part of IT RISK team is responsible for implementing and supporting systems (C#, .NET based) for calculating and reporting Market and Credit Risk.

*Analyst developer responsible for delivery solutions to Market Risk Management, Credit Risk & Risk Product Development
*Work on project team to deliver change to tight deadlines
*Provide support and analysis to the business resolving production issues.
*Liaise with users in the Risk Management Department to gather requirements.
*Assist in implementation of new products
*Responsible for coordinating change control which will include Software management, Testing and production release.
*Provide some support as required both in and out of core hours if necessary.

Essential:
*C#, .NET 4.0 (Server Side)
*Database: SQL programming
*Business Knowledge: Credit Risk and Investment Banking Experience.
*Strong communication skills with proven track record of interacting with users.
*Ability to engage with the business and understand the financial products

Desirable:
*Numerate First Degree (Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science).
*Mathematical programming experience.
*Excel programming knowledge.

*Good interpersonal skills to ensure clarity of communication to users
*Strong team player focused on meeting team objectives in a demanding environment
*Ability to prioritise and deal with daily support tasks, alongside larger enhancements
*Ability to share ideas, suggest improvements and create positive climate of teamwork
