After a steady period of growth they are now looking to expend their development team and are interviewing immediately to recruit an ASP.NET developer with good front end exposure.
The ideal candidate will have 2yrs+ commercial experience. They will consider candidates with less experience if you can prove outstanding technical competence and have a real passion for web.
Required Skills front end skills:
- Strong knowledge of creating standards compliant, accessible and semantic (X)HTML and HTML5 documents.
- In depth knowledge of CSS (including CSS3) and how to use it to your advantage.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks; able to slice up concepts provided by the creative team.
- Knowledge of creating maintainable, scalable and cross-browser layouts supporting all major browsers (IE6-9, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera), platforms and mobile devices (including iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of IE 'quirks' and how to address them.
- Familiar with source control principles
Backend skills:
- C# ASP.NET 4.0
- Experienced in use of Visual Studio 2010
- IIS7/Windows Server administration
- MS SQL 2005+ database design
