You have your own ideas about the designs that will make great tattoos. Something else is going on, though, because many of you are not even getting close to where the freshest, highest quality artwork is. Instead, you always seem to wind up at some half generic gallery that is stacked with cookie cutter stuff. If you soak in the next two tips, though, you'll be able to quickly find tons of great tattoos.

It's about two things when you're looking at artwork. Quality and originality. If the design don't have these two things, there's a 99.9% chance that it's just some generic piece. Worst of all, tons of people are getting tattooed with those cookie cutter designs and it's all because they couldn't find anything better. It's a real shame, but there's a fast fix: If you want to avoid that horrible artwork when hunting for great tattoos, simply stay away from one thing. Search engines. That's all there is to it.

I can't even remember the last time I tried to use a search engine to find tattoo websites and high quality galleries came up. All you end up with is a huge list of every generic laced gallery in existence. Well, you no longer have to go down that path. I have one more tip to share with you and it fixes this mess: Now is the time to start using large forums as your source for finding amazing artwork galleries. It might sound like a weird way of finding great tattoos, but it always works and it's a piece of cake to do.

Just select any of the bigger forums out there and scoot over to the archive section they have. From here, you will be able to read tons of topics about tattoo artwork. The archives are packed with them. The biggest topics are where you should be, because so many links and names to top of the line tattoo sites have been shared by others. People find collections of great tattoos and share this input with other folks. That's why it works so darn well.

There is an enormous difference between great tattoos and artwork that has absolutely no originality.
