What if the tattoo you love needs to go away for awhile? Did a job interview come up or a trip to grandmas? Sometimes in life being the person with tattoos and drawing that attention is not desired. There are a few ways to cover that ink in a jiff without pain of removal.
Make Up
Foundation make up or base is probably the most obvious way to hide a tattoo without with removing it.Many companies sell thicker forms of there usual make up expressly for tattoo cover ups. Many celebrities have there tattoos covered using this method for different acting roles. The biggest problem with make up is depending on where the tattoo is it may be very inconvenient to use make up, and matching exact skin tones is often difficult.
Clothing
Clothes is another great option depending on where the tattoo is located. A turtle neck sweater and long sleeves can save Thanksgiving dinner in a pinch. But hiding a tattoo with clothes is pretty limited considering the tattoo has to be in an area where clothing looks natural. The same turtle neck that saved Thanksgiving can ruin summer.
Bandage
There are obvious problems with walking around covered in bandages, from the mummy jokes to the unruly heat. But a band-aid may cover some small tattoos. The real reason bandages do not really work to cover tattoos is because they draw attention to the area. Seeing some poor kid working with bandages all over him is often more offensive than the tattooed images.
