The pain of getting a tattoo is actually very different from person to person and which body part you want the tattoo. Some say that is like a cat who just keep scratching you - others assimilate it with plucking your eyebrows just with just a little more pain. The views are many - therefore can be hard to explain how it is to get a tattoo.
When you are getting the tattoo it will the skin after some time stun itself and the pain will be more ticklish but after few hours it will hurt again because your skin becomes to an open wound.
The most painful places to have a tattoo are:
The feet or ankles - A place many women appreciate but it is very painful because very is almost no fat between the skin and bone.
The chest - In middle of the chest and under the chest hurt like hell. There is almost no fat between the skin and the ribs.
The lower back - Same thing as the others: no fat in the area is equals pain and can be a bit sensitive.
Behind the ears and the neck - Again this is an area that does not have a lot of fat as it is almost skin and bone.
More extremely, places like the lips hurt a lot because they are very very sensitive.
There are some ways to avoid the pain - listen to music or bring a friend to talk (or make a conversation with the tattoo artist) - things that make to think about everything except the pain.
