Beauty Series: Tattoo Removal Methods

Since the inception of tattoo usage on the body, the practice has been done over and over again all around the world. People have gotten themselves to use tattoos to immortalize either some memorable person or even to symbolize some past events that have some memories attached to them. Nevertheless, more often than not, people get tired and bored of seeing the same figures over and over again on their skins. The need to get rid of these shapes or writings gets intense, and more often than not, those who have tattoos go to physicians to find a way on how to get rid of them.

Tattoos are extremely processed inside the skin layer of the person. They are deemed as a permanent mark, but in reality, there are processes through which these marks can be removed from a person's body. The unfortunate reality is that the process will probably cost someone more than it did in getting the tattoo done. In addition, it will more often than not be a more painful process to remove the tattoo.

Laser Tattoo Removal

The most common type of removal is the Laser removal. In this kind of process, the laser beam that consists of an intense vibration of light is directed towards the ink that was earlier used. The process involves dividing the ink layer into extraordinarily tiny pieces to a point which they become virtually invisible. These ink layers actually disappear into the immune system of the skin. This can happen with 3 - 4 sessions of the same process. It is necessary avoid direct sunlight when the removal process is done. This way, the healing will be more effective.

Removal Cream

This is a method that will more often than not be cheaper than laser removal. Many people who cannot meet the budget or cannot get the availability of the laser process will choose to go for this method. The removal cream is a combination of some relatively dangerous chemicals that not only damage the ink but also may do some damage on the skin. The power needed to get rid of the ink will have to affect the skin.

All in all, removing a tattoo from ones skin is a risky affair or even an expensive one, if not both. Everything must be well handled for the best results.
